DESCRIPTION

This new facility now has more circulation space, three collaboration spaces, a new state-of-the-art community room, adult lounge area, teen gaming area, coffee cafe, two patios, fireplace, self-check system and enhanced technology throughout the facility.

Served as day-to-day Owner’s Representative point -of-contact for the new $3.1 million, 10,000 square foot Tonganoxie Public Library.

Opening in March 2020, the building nearly doubles the size of their previous facility.

Oversaw project management in collaboration with the design architect- Sapp Design, JE Dunn Construction, the Tonganoxie Library Board, the City of Tonganoxie and Library Director. This team worked diligently to create a new landmark and to help serve the community for generations to come.

Advocated on behalf of the Library to manage design, construction, budgeting, scheduling, accounting and all communications activities related to the project.
