Meghan is a method driven designer, with over 18 years of experience in the interior design industry. She works on projects of varying scale, scope and style with a focus on The Healing Environment and the overall concept of evidence-based design. Meghan's experience and project oversight include owner representation within the healthcare community, turnkey operations, complex phased renovations for large hospital complexes and new construction. She is accustomed to working as a member of the architectural design team to help create an image and environment that fulfills the client's vision, meets all functional demands as well as the clinical mission. Meghan understands that all phases of design including schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration impact the overall project schedule, budget and completion. Her approach is client and vision focused with great emphasis on customizing experience and exceeding standards. Owning and directing Benson Method is a rewarding experience for Meghan as it allows her to interact with every person involved in a project and create quality, inspiring interiors.

Michelle has over 20 years of project management experience with a specialty working as an owner's representative for most of her career. She has an acute sense of understanding client's needs and how to create team synergy to ensure a successful project. Michelle is responsible for all facets of project development and implementation. She provides a structured and comprehensive management approach to coordinate teams, develop, control and manage budget and schedule, strategic planning, due diligence, site selection, team selection, contract negotiation, construction administration, furniture, fixture and equipment management and move management. Michelle has managed multiple types of projects with special experience working with municipal, corporate and healthcare clients. Michelle is also uniquely qualified working with federal grants and city municipal bonds.

Mandy's outgoing and friendly personality are only the beginning of her contribution to Benson Method. Offering nearly 10 years of experience as an Interior Designer, she is well versed and effective in team and project management. Mandy is thoughtful of how design impacts the community and intends to do so positively and intelligently through her work. With experience scaling from small to large spaces, she manages the full scope of the project from field verification, consultant coordination, construction documents, permitting and construction administration. Mandy takes interior design beyond directing and delivering great work and into making a lasting impact. Her positive personality and fresh perspective offer each project its own unique character.

Glenn manages the client's medical equipment planning from start to finish. His hands-on approach and experience insure that each detail is considered. Whether he is creating a budget or working within the client's, he provides equipment options which meet the client's standards as well as the physician's preferences. Glenn works with the architect, engineers and contractor to provide drawings and specifications for both fixed and mobile equipment, allowing them to prepare for equipment installation. Glenn manages the entire purchase process, from gathering quotes, confirming receipt and installation of product to reconciling invoices on behalf of the client.

Barbara is responsible for a wide range of operations, logistics and administration. She has a talent for anticipating client needs and predicting project pinch points, providing efficient solutions and quality standards for project success. She streamlines all moving parts, and facilitates clear communication, coordination, and comprehensive timelines for all involved. Barbara's background in marketing lends well to understanding each client's big picture goal and how an interior space can not only complement, but greatly enhance strategic brand and positioning efforts. Her primary focus is hosting the client throughout the design process and building meaningful, lasting relationships.
