City of Grandview

Benson Method was retained as Owner's Representative for the City of Grandview following the successful passage of a city bond designated for several crucial municipal projects. In this role, we collaborated closely with city staff, advocating for the efficient and successful execution of each undertaking.

Among the key projects, Grandview City Hall under went significant enhancements, including minor exterior updates and extensive interior remodeling across two levels totaling 40,000 SF, specifically for the Police Department and City administrative offices. The city's fire infrastructure also saw improvements, with Fire Stations 1, 2, and 3 receiving expansions averaging 4,500 SF per station, focusing on dayrooms, bunk rooms, and emergency vehicle bays. For the Public Works Maintenance Facility, Benson Method oversaw the construction of an 8,000 SF free-standing, six-bay metal roof structure, designed to provide essential weather protection for Public Works vehicles. Additionally, the property at 1102 Main also received extensive interior remodeling and exterior facade improvements across two levels, totaling 6,400 SF,  and now serves as a new, improved location for DMV staff and the general public.
