AdHoc Center for Healing & Justice

Benson Method has been retained as the Owner’s Representative for the construction of the new AdHoc Center for Healing and Justice. This project involves the construction of a new facility located at 2807 East 31st Street in KCMO. The facility will support AdHoc’s mission by providing space for counseling, training, offices, and an innovation center for internal and external events. The design features a dual functionality: one half of the building will house a large event space/innovation center with high ceilings, while the other half will be a two-story structure containing offices, conference rooms, therapy spaces, stairs, an elevator, restrooms, and a breakroom.

Benson Method has worked closely with the AdHoc staff providing a full scope of Owners Representative services which included assistance with their fundraising and reporting efforts including New Market Tax Credits and CCED funds through the City of KCMO.
