Michelle has over 20 years of project management experience with a specialty working as
an owner's representative for most of her career. She has an acute sense of understanding client's needs and how to create team synergy to ensure a successful project.
Michelle is responsible for all facets of project development and implementation. She provides a structured and comprehensive management approach to coordinate teams, develop, control and manage budget and schedule, strategic planning, due diligence, site selection, team selection, contract negotiation, construction administration, furniture, fixture and equipment management and move management. Michelle has managed multiple types of projects with special experience working with municipal, corporate and healthcare clients. Michelle is also uniquely qualified working with federal grants and city municipal bonds.
